Growing up in New York, my culinary adventure took me to Miami, Florida where I started my career in the food and hospitality business. After years of working for others and shelving my entrepreneurial spirit, the time was right for me to share my seasonal soups with you through my new venture- Simmering Soups n’ Such.

My passion is soup! Those who know me, can attest that I am constantly thinking about soup- from where our food is grown or produced, original recipe construction, proper execution and cooking techniques to ultimately the final presentation of the soup, garnished properly, in a beautiful vessel.

I take great pride in building and composing my specialty curated soup recipes from the freshest seasonal ingredients. I spend countless hours testing different flavor profiles to insure only the finest flavors and textures are created. These flavors blend and complement each other without one essence overpowering another.

Soup is nurturing and it brings people together. My hope is that you discover a soup that speaks to you. Maybe even one that is out of your comfort zone which becomes your favorite.
