Provencal Tomato Bisque

Chicken stock, roasted tomatoes, onion, carrot, celery, leeks, Pernod, olive oil, herbs de Provence, Herbamare, black pepper, thyme.

Garnishing options

Fresh basil or parmesan crisps, crusty French bread, or a simple green salad with a champagne Dijon vinaigrette, shaved fennel, and toasted pistachios.

For a richer soup add heavy cream or mascarpone while reheating.
